does the data logging show the distance it bogged down to 26mph...be interesting to see how quickly it managed to get up to 132mph!

I did notice the handbrake was very close to the gear stick!! Shame for the team and more importantly all the hard work that went into the car that it never showed what it can do!

For the record my times from yesterday were 40.5 on the handling, good for 4 points which i presume was 7th. Managed to do 10.44 & 10.58 @ 133, would have gone quicker if it wasn't for a driveshaft breaking and boost hose popping it off, by the time i'd got the car setup right and the launch control set to my liking the timing went down and then the rain started by the time i got to the line Was a good run apart from the wheel spin off the line, no time card, so who knows until we see the final results...

Got some videos i'll post later

Data log from my first and only run at TOTB, low boost, toyo 888's at 32psi, wet, and a complete lack of seat time meant i pulled the handbrake lever at 60mph instead of selecting the gearstick!

It took 2.4 seconds to get back to the speed i was doing before i pulled the handbrake. I guess a very low 10 could have been done at low boost!

Oh well, another day!

Unlucky Stephen - I was routing for Lateral's car after the efforts you guys put in to get the car ready in the nick of time! As Banny points out quite a high terminal speed

Andys personal best time is 9.1 at 159 his top speed is 210mph that was before the big brakes, wide body and race suspension... i saw in a mag last year that RCM are trying to break into the eights for quarter mile. i was hoping that they both did eights

Already had the front set on stiffest to stop the camber loss on roll, seems it was just a case of wrong tyres judging by what i've heard.

Cheers Duncan , must of been the practice from the scoobysprints, was hoping to go under 11.5 on the 1/4 but couldn't get the 60ft times below 1.75sec so ended with 11.63 @ 120mph and a 150mph on the 1km run,

Reporting on TOTB results has been very low key. I guess that is because Olly Clark and the Roger Clark team won.
RCM competed in all three categories, set the fastest quarter mile time of the day, fastest top speed and came second by a fraction to the winning Evo on the handling course. Olly pulled a red light and was eliminated in his heat. Over all this resulted in a total of 35 points and the three remaining classified Subarus scored 7 points on the drag strip, AFP, 2 points on the handling, Kev Horsley and 1 point on the handling John Stevenson. Well done. Quite a remarkable result for Roger Clark Motorsport. In the Team event, Subaru finished second to the Evos. Matt has again demonstrated his engineering ability with a very reliable all round, top flight car for quarter mile, handling and top speed.
I am surprised the results are not already on the thread but I will see if I have them tomorrow.

We heard what we thought to be big end rattle, so werent prepared to risk it any further despite the excellent oil pressure.

Somebody that was in the pits area said it had big ended but I didn't see anything on here so I wasn't sure if they were mistaken. Have you identified the cause?
