Hi,

I have just double checked some weights, first time I weighed these the cranks where 550, but now it is weighing 600- as they where from a new batch, power steering is 200 and alternator 50

so still 850 in total

are fitting these as simple as taking the old off and putting the new on or do they need setting up so to speak (bugeye)

Yes , every pulley is apart from the Bugeye power steering pulley which is a press fit pulley - you will need to remove the whole pump to fit a new one which is not a easy job if you don't have the tools,
The other way is to fit a 03+ pump to your car and then fit a newage kit

Well the 2006 STi I worked on last week had the same Power steering Pulley as mine so was it supposed to change in 2006?
