FB - you're amazing

HTF (& WTF ) did you go & dredge this post from February up?

Gotta say, it's caught a couple of double posters ( Mr Bird!!! ) but wouldn't it be simpler to post again?

LOL

Changes to "Whats in my garage" are...

No bike

Mini Cooper

Vectra stays in the cold...

+ new work bench & loads of wheels/tyres in the roof-space (mostly now boarded out)

Drag it out in 6 months again FB

well i rent a garage which is a right pain in the **** 2 reverse into as it got a tiny driveway and is at a completely different angle to the drive not to mention the fact that the woman whos garden i nearly always end up in is an insomniac & moans whenever it's a non 9 to 5 type arrangement!that aside my scooby fits despite the doors, windows & general shyte pilled in there by the owner so my paranoii has subsided sumwot & while all the gate, door & lock opening is a pain gives the engine it's cool down time after cooking the turbo.

Cool

Sod it the scoob sits on the grass in the rain and the cold and the Escort Rally car sits in the warm and takes pride of place in the garage "soon to be an oversize double" with all sorts of junk and spares.

Puff - the mods an me (do you like that, do you, do you?) was trying to get the rally spoliers off page 1. Just looking for something purely muppetitious to stick at the top. Just happened to show people who post without reading. Aint that right AB?

Loads of stuff..but the best bit is a piece of string tied to the roof and with a 1" washer at the bottom end. Carefully positioned so that I drive in and stop when the washer touches the windscreen - I've then got a 1" gap at the front between the car and the air compressor and a 1" gap at the point where the up&over door gets closest to the rear wing whilst closing.

Two pieces of care needed however...Don't drive in whilst a) the string is swinging around b) the wipers are going

Top tip.
