The way I see it is it picks 14 teams from Scooby League and then they create fixtures whoever scores trhe most points between the two teams that week gets 3 points towards the H2H league, also shows next weeks fixtures, i hope that kind of makes sense

It's separate from the standard league, it's just that only 16 people have entered that league.
Yep, it's point vs points fixtures between teams - 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw.
The head2head leagues have been there before but this year is the first time we've been able to set up our own head2head league - previously you were just entered with a random list of opponents.
