After having a search around here and various sites, and also having a chat with the lads from opie oils I was recommend to use the "smurf blood" redline shockproof gear oil.
At nearly £20 a litre I went for it and brought 6 litres just in case,
I ended up using 3.8 litres in my 6 speed box
And 0.8 litres in my diff
Well to sum it up it's made my box feel like it has never before.
It's so smooth and engages and selects everygear lovely and smooth
If anyone is thinking about changing there 6 speed oil use this stuff, it's amazin stuff
Thanks again opie oils for getting it to me so fast before bank holiday,
All my car needs now is a nice clean
10/10 for redline
i also have a few bits coming in the post, so more updates soon

It's been a while since I have posted in this thread
I fancied a change from the cf p1 splitter and saw a pic of a 95h car with black splitter
So I went for it also thinking about spraying the fog covers black.....?
Here are some pictures

Mine has a black splitter, although it could do with another coat and they do work well together. I'd leave the fog covers though - mine are meshed which looks alright but painted plastic might look a little unfinished
Looking mint though
