I wouldnt be at all surprised to find something has happened like that. My guess is MJ needed painkillers for his pains, became addicted and found a Dr who was willing to inject him on a regular basis for lots of $$$$$$... then oops perhaps a tad too much and bye bye MJ.
On the news it played an excerpt from the 911 message which also stated that the personal Dr was present. when the paramedics turned up MJ was already dead, and they wanted to pronounce him as such then and there, but MJ's Dr insisted he be removed from the property and taken to UCLA so that more indepth attempts to revive him could be made..they then worked on him for a further hour apparently.. imagine the brain damage there would have been if they could have got him back!!

Jackson had been rehearsing for the concerts yesterday before going home, where he had a massive cardiac arrest and stopped breathing.

His brother Jermaine said a doctor had been with him but could not resuscitate him.
Paramedics rushed him to UCLA hospital where a team tried to revive him for more than an hour but he never came round.

One website quoted a hospital source as saying: 'Shortly after taking the Demerol, he started to experience slow, shallow breathing.

'His breathing gradually got slower and slower until it stopped. His staff started mouth-to-mouth and an ambulance was called. He never regained consciousness.'
There had been growing speculation the cardiac arrest had been triggered by an injection of drugs and today details of the singer's drug dependency began to emerge.

The doc probably though 'foof, I've made a bit of a error - lets get him to hospital where they might be able to revive him, and i might just get away it with..' but alas he was already cold. This is purely speculation, but judging by the comments from the Jackson family lawyer, and Jermaine Jackson, MJ had a problem with these meds and he, together with his 'staff' wouldnt listen to their concerns..

I read somewhere earlier that the doc lived with him in his rented mansion.

Michael Jackson, the most outstanding superstar took sudden leave in such a shocking fashion. There was only one Michael Jackson ever born on this earth, he will remain unique forever. His electrifying performances will carry on entertaining the world forever. The fact that superhumans can be quite bizarre is not really unheard of. Robust, steeltoe, kick@*** stage performer with such a fragile emotional skeleton- yes, that was Michael Jackson.

My sincere respects to the most talented and natural artist whose work stimulated millions of people worldwide. A tremendous loss to the global arts and entertainment industry.

Long live the legend

Sounds like the doc was on the payroll. Probably one of the very few people who would willingly prescribe the amount of meds to jacko to keep his addiction alive.

Interesting letter from the doc dated 15th June 2009 >>> http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/..._letter_wm.pdf

Got to wonder if it became apparant to Jackson that he wasn't going to be able to the concerts, and having realised that knew he probably was never going to be able to do that stuff again...

When the shows were announced months ago, I said to a colleague that he would be dead before the first show ever took place. He looked at me very strangely when I came into w*rk this evening

That is very well put as far as his talents and achievements are concerned.

When it comes to what he was accused about, it is true that he was acquitted. Does anyone know any more positive facts relating to his involvement?

Similarly, does anyone know anything accurate with respect to his death that we have not yet been told about.

I am not making any excuses for him but is it fair to speculate openly when you don't know the true facts?

Les

I guess we will never know the true facts surrounding his child abuse cases(s). I'm more than happy to believe he acted "oddly" around children but no more. Maybe it was more than that, maybe the parents saw him as a meal ticket. I dont know of any conclusive proof and if there was any, i suspect he would have been found guilty in a court of law.

As for his death, it depends of what you call "accurate facts" and where you believe accurate facts to be aired.

TMZ seem to have been on the button in relation to breaking the news of his hospitalisation/death and they continue to be breaking new info everyday.

Thanks, Les.

So far his personal life/offstage living was concerned, I covered it here with my view:

The fact that superhumans can be quite bizarre is not really unheard of. Robust, steeltoe, kick@*** stage performer with such a fragile emotional skeleton- yes, that was Michael Jackson.

What you say above is very true. A mega public figure like michael Jackson will catch people's eyes, even if he farted the wrong way. People will speculate, like, dislike, come to conclusions, and even psychoanalyse his bizarre being to laugh their teeth out at his persona. He was not some regular 9 to 5 guy with regular life. He was an abnormal man with abnormal talents. His vulnerability was very much exploited for every out-of-the-ordinary thing he did. Just because he paid out a chunky sum to the accusers in out of the court settlement, it doesn't essentially make him guilty or suspicious, it proves nothing against him. Just because he turned himself inside-out to look white, it doesn't make him a criminal. Just because he put mask over his and his kids' faces, it doen't make him an outlaw. He was what he was; he was Michael jackson. Take it or leave it.

Hence I don't give two hoots to what some say about his offstage business, in a negative way. I empathyse with his tender tendencies, and I have enormous appreciation for his strong, extraordinary, one off unique talent.
