Please pass them on! It is actually a sign of how dear he was respected
Is it? To me when you can laugh your head off at someone who has just died, you have no respect for them. Maybe a sign of how popular he was, but not how well respected.
If you've been born since Elvis died this is the biggest news story in your life so far, still can't believe it, so sad
You must have been busy on the days that the planes had their little incidents with the twin towers, the day when Princess Di had her bump in the French tunnel and a few recent world financial collapse related type of tales
Am I the only one who quite frankly doesn't give a ****? he was a complete weirdo nut job and an alleged peadophile. I like his music and all but well........least now his kids will have the chance to grow up normal.
Agree with this (apart from the liking his music bit !)
At the end of the day, yes he was weird, yes his music was fantastic, and yes he has died aged 50. All the guff spouted about him is just that, guff. I am sad about it as his music has featured quite heavily in my life and 50 is far too young to die

It sounds harsh, but at least Wackos 3 children might be able to have a normal(ish) non kooky upbringing, but it depends who gets custody
Those poor children will be able to go out without wearing stupid veils.
A good comment from someone watching Sky News, and would be good on his headstone.
Never has someone flown so high, and died so low.
The world should remember he was dogged by numerous child abuse allegations, holding his own child out of high story hotel rooms etc etc etc , yes he made history with his music and was seen as a icon ( alebit a controversial one) for other musicians, but he lived his life poorly.
Nice, reports that people are trying to break into the hospital, via fire exits for information and souveniers. Jesus, the levels people go to.

I am not interested in slagging off the dead. Give your to someone else.
His music is what I am talking about
Oh FFS, Don't worry, you'll still be able to buy his back catalogue...although the prices will be up a few quid as from tomorrow no doubt. He hasn't released anything decent in years anyway, so the music creating artist has been dead for a long time.
All Michael Jackson dates CANCELLED.
Including Liam (6) and Joe (4)
Michael are you okay?
Are you okay Michael?

You know I'm dead, I'm dead, you know it

WHOS DEAD

so as we've just been talking, could it all be a big ruse...?
after all the paedo stuff, spiralling debts and all the other bad things in his life, is it feasible that Wacko might have staged his own death so he can live out his life as a recluse somewhere??..

Get a grip
Whats the matter, was your first reply not to your liking?
There is no need to be nasty. He is dead. I liked his music. End of. Is it a crime to be a little bit sad he has passed.
I am not interested anymore, Sting.

No desire to fall out with you over my lack of sadness or empathy for a celebrity death.
Look, lets get this clear. I was slightly saddened to hear of Princess Di being killed, admittedly someone I never met so hence the lack of emotion and tears, but she seemed to basically be a good person who would have gone on to do so much good work for her charities etc. so I class that as a loss to the world.
However, I find it a bit of a crime to be sad about the death of someone as 'weird' as he was.
His music lives on so that's a good thing if you were a fan but sad over his death?? Not possible.
