I'm prob being thick, but i have read through the regs, and I can't see exactly what the race is?
Due to the location it is obviously on a grass track, and with multiple drivers, etc I assume it is an endurance sort of thing, 500 miles? 24 hours?

As it is a competition do you need MSA license?

Oh and yes, I am prob interested in doing this, it is a competition after all

It's an endurance - practice in the morning where EVERY driver has to have a go. 4 (I think) hour endurance in the afternoon. (the 500 refers to the cost of the car, although they got very close to 500 laps last year)

No - nothing to do with the MSA, so no MSA license required.

good - get a team sorted

I'm doing a couple of other driving days this year, so will be well practised for next years entry.

This is prob ideal?

Small, light? 1.6 (powerful?) awful body condition, therefore cheap.

Needs new discs and pads, but guess we would have done that anyway?

For you.....................................NO! Just kidding!

Of course you can join in - as I put, I'm willing to step aside if someone else wants to play!! I think it will be a real crack - driving or not, so welcome aboard!!

On one or two conditions though - you whip the MSOC's ar$es, you stop calling me a Newbie and you let me win the pop quiz at Karen's Birthday party!!!

Anyway, I can hold Bri4n's tripod for him..............or be Team Captain (now your scared!!)

I'll join you as a reserve Brian - should be a good day!

Let's show 'em how to do it !!

I'm of to get the Autotrader / Free Ads etc!

He hasn't mentioned it yet so I will - Ark not only used to GrassTrack, but he also built all his cars, so hopefully will have some good ideas - as I'm sure you all will, but don't put them on here 'cos that Budgie bloke will be spying!!

We have ourselves a team!!

We are definately up for showing some Evo drivers how to do it properly - whatever type of Mitsubishi it is!!

We have ourselves a team!

Introducing, for one race only (but who knows where it could lead).....................

TEAM ESC
Arkwright
Tiny (oh **** - we need a car with a sun roof now)
Phil
Spec'C'
Yellowvan Man

Reserves

BRI4N (Photographer, if not a driver)
Scooby Blue WRX
3.

Coming soon........................THE WHEELS (so get looking)

must be

Mitsubishi (except Shogun/Pajero derivatives, L200, L300, Delicia, people carriers & any commercial Mitsubishi vehicles )

more than 10 years old - registered pre Aug 1999

less than £500 - maximum spend is £500 so the cheaper it is the more we can do!!
