I am up for it

Arkwright 03 June 2009 09:00 AM

This sounds excellent fun. And I have 16yrs experience of autograss racing might just come in handy when preparing the car. Anyway I`am off to look for a car and either find some MLR members or join myself. :D
Anyone else up for it? :thumb:

Phil 03 June 2009 09:31 AM

You don't need to join MLR

You don't need a Evo

SIDC are invited with Subaru's ;)

Arkwright 03 June 2009 09:50 AM

Phil just spoke to Darin ref. MLR500 he said sidc members are acceptable but it has to be a Mitsubishi car. They need 5 more teams.
Supercue might of found a car e-mailed an offer to the guy waiting for reply.
Anyone else?

Hi - Ark has spoken to the chap & he says it doesn't have to be an Evo - just a Mitsubishi excluding those below.

Cars & Car Preparation:
  • All cars must be Mitsubishi models and be worth no more than £500 once the car has been prepared
  • All Mitsubishi vehicles are eligible with the following exceptions; Shogun/Pajero derivatives, L200, L300, Delicia, people carriers & any commercial Mitsubishi vehicles
  • All cars must be 10 years old or more, ie: registered prior to August 1999
I can't believe I went to get digger parts this morning & by the time I get into the office Ark has possibly found a car & is all excited!

Good job we're free that weekend!! ;)

Does sound like fun, though it's a long time since I raced!! ;)

spally 03 June 2009 10:42 AM
