Just cycled into Harrow, to work John (14mins).....& soon the cycle ride back home, "uphill" all the way to Bushey Might have to get off the bike & walk for a bit near the Harrow Weald bus gargae!

Those green chillis were nice, especially with the Jalfrezi, nice level of spice for me, with plenty of flavour

10k in under an hour

You'd be amazed how easy it is to do, that was my target for my first race, achieved a 47 minute finishing time. This week 42-minutes, and next a target of a sub 1hr 30 half marathon in 2-weeks time, and then the Marathon next year in under 3.5 hours, aiming for as close to 3 hours as I can

Cheers Mikee, but that was 2 years ago, I ran 42 minutes last Monday at the London 10000.

Ricky doesn't believe that I can train him to run 10k in under an hour

PS. On a good week I do that every day Mon to Fri, although it's more like 11 miles and a mix of running and cycling
