The 2011 WRX STI comes with standard heated mirrors as mentioned above.
They also come with the "big ears" mirrors.

Building another motor for mine, going for the fully cdb 2.5 block but running a 2.71 stroker motor. as my forged has done 30,000 miles which non have been easy plus when an injector went down it hammered fck out of the bottom end so I half expect it bust a bearing at some point.
cheers mate Just gotta wedge them in the arches now. 20.35mm further out than before so will probs need to lift the coilovers & roll the arches

depending on oil temp. assuming 90 deg for easyness. idle speed 2bar or slightly under allowing for gauge discrepency. & 5.5-6bar when running along the road.

Hi all, haven't been on here for ages, happy to see the hatch thread is still going strong
Still have my 08 STI, from going mad with mods (CAI, full Milltek, JGM re-map, AST's, everything Whiteline do, Litchfield power steering mod, Performance Friction discs & pads etc. etc.) It is now almost back to standard and I have finally got the handling sorted to the way I always wanted it to be. Lesson learnt, don't just chuck a load of money and parts at it, do one change at a time and drive it for a while to see what the difference is.
Happy to report that after the short engine swap back in 2008 and a decent re-map by JGM I have had no problems with pistons. A head gasket developed a slight leak last year though just after the warranty ran out. The fault was traced back to a poor job done by the main dealer when fitting the new short engine under warranty. After some machining, Cosworth gaskets and a full overhaul by a specialist I trust it's all back up and running fine now, well apart from the front 02 sensor which threw in the towel this week

My MY08 STI has just flown through its second MOT so a happy man, my 30 year old Midget is next month so let's hope that goes through as well as the hatch.
Usually sell up at this point but going to hang onto the hatch as there is nothing else out there that interests me, did consider an 2008 M3 but just not practical for the school run, no point getting a newer hatch as the extra money it would set me back is just not worth it.
May wait for the new Impreza and see if they bring out an STI or how about an XV STI!

What did you leave on from all your mods that gave you the handling you wanted
