i was due to meet up at smacs this month but sadly my sister in law passed away that morning so i was unable to go but this is the one i really wanna attend, cant wait to get my nur spec r firing in those tunnels!!!!!!

been a painstaking few months getting my car sorted one problem after another and many thousands later, having it's final map next wed so hopefully it will be ready.

although a few now have had to drop out for one reason or another, i have got to say this list is still holding its own. plus the people that have had to drop out have mostly said that they will still attend the following event. so its all good really.last show we had a list of approx. 18 + 12 turned up. so if that was still to happen we are still looking at 30 cars showing up, that said i think we are more organised this time around and anyone that wont make it has had the decency to inform us of this. so 3 more weeks to go, lets see if we can all make a final push at geting just 1 more car each to attend. its gonna be fookin awesome!!!

all the manchester cars should meet at burtonwood services on m62 at about 1.30 for a convoy to liverpool.

 

I've just PM'd approx 10 guys from the Wrexham/Chester area so maybe a few more may sign up yet!!

i do have a plan in mind, but it is a bit long winded. when we enter the slip rd for the tunnel that really is our only opportunity to occupy the 2 lanes. so as we bend around to the right the lead car should filter in to the left lane letting the other cars accelarate past him. assuming 40 cars turn up, the first 20 should pull in front of the lead car, when the last car is past the front car we should then be occupying both lanes side by side. hope that makes sense, should work in theory but you never know!! i may make a handout for everyone on the day cos this post may probably get overlooked by a few that dont come on as much as others.
