Not be long till people will be doing false claims. Drive 200miles spend loads of cash. Then report excessive spending on it.
That is something different though. Most of the fraud is via companies selling details and/or getting hacked. So they have the Credit Card number, CSV and a valid address but not the pin. Ideal for mail order, less convenient for popping into a shop and buying something.
