Help me narrow down my phone & provide choice
Well after trying a few phones still found it a struggle to decide ! In the end went for the Iphone.
Deciding factor? My wife liked it best and I will give it to her in 6 months when I will then switch to one of the new phones coming out
Any one any idea what data roaming is? I know it costs if you leave it on abroad but what it is and should it be on which using the phon here.

Good choice. Data roaming seems to vary by country, but it's extortionate everywhere. I've seen £7 a MB some places. Good news is that international texts are included in your allowance at a rate of 2/1 I think and international calls are discounted.
Just re-read, leave data roaming off, it doesn't affect UK usage and will stop an expensive surprise when abroad.

NO NO NO!!!

Did your wife pick you out a nice matching hand bag aswell?

lol you beat me to it !Fair play for going with what she liked, I hope you liked it also, or thats a bit errrm.........
lolFingers crossed you dont have the same drama as DS did.
I was gonna add last night, has anyone seen the LG Arena..... looks interesting
I am liking my Renoir, camera is superb, interface is nice but an Iphone makes it seem comparatively clunky, but then again the Iphones camera is crap in comparison.
Its funny, after the N95 this is so simple to operate, the N95 had things buried in menus levels deep and felt less finished than this, but I suppose the N95 is a smart phone and the LG is more a phone for normal non geeks.

Deep Singh - 'tis called a MAN BAG that she picked for me
The phone is fine for what I want - have just used my work phone up til now so a massive step forward.
Ideal to pass onto the wife in 6 months which allows me to upgrade again fairly quickly. A bonus given the phones on the horizon.
That said, I'm actually, pretty impressed with the phone - does what I want and easily too, thought the data speeds seem average at best on o2.

Excellent mate, thats what counts. That you are happy with it, and it does what you need it to do
Plenty more time to decide what to do with the next upgrade. Same as me, im always replacing phones haha.
