Not bad!

On the Forester it's returning around 39-41 mpg.

That is 50-50 mix (city/highway) and going quite fast on the highway, 70-100 mph.

Had Fabia VRS for last 3 years, I went semi sensible after 6 years of subarus. Used to get about 52 from that so quite pleased ... especially when Mr Soobroo was moaning tonight about his 22 mpg !!!!

Guess I need to learn how to drive a diesel!!!!!! Changing up at 2k rpm sitting on the Mway between 65 - 75.

I've been averaging about 700 kms on a tank (diesel), which is way better than the 400 kms on my WRX.....................

Going to see if I can get it up to 45 mpg..................

Well its only taken 2 weeks for the insurance company to get their act together !!! Car going in on Monday so I will have the pleasure of a BMW 1 series as a courtesy car..... really cannot wait !!!
