Coming soon. It's been on the back burner whilst a couple of competition cars were built.
She should progress soon, however unfortunately active competition cars have to come first.

Great feature Frayz!

Coincidentally, Steve has just completed a shoot and write-up on my A45! How spooky.

Well the build is still happening but slowly slowly so not much to update.
You may remember I managed to track down a genuine 2002 carbon bib splitter for the front. However I am glad to say that I've also managed to track down a brand new genuine S7 Tarmac splitter.

Now I have the choice as to mixing up the look a little.

KW variant 3 remote reservoir 2 way dampers.
These come with Noltec Race camber/caster topmounts on the front and OEM rear Topmounts. These have been on the car for 3k miles of road use only.
Stainless steel bodies so do not corrode. These are quite simply the best dampers you'll buy short of serious full blown race suspension.

Only selling as these will no longer fit my car.

Dampers retail at circa £1800, I paid £1750 and £270 for the mounts and special collects to fit the Noltecs.

Looking for £1500ovno

Cheers dude,
Its coming along, however like most of us, I don't have a bottomless stash of money so things are happening as I afford them.

I can relate, I had some other stuff to do the past years so work on the car has been minimal.
Right now I am buying parts again for the first time since ages, because I want it finished at one point too hehehe.

Yeah.
I want to try and make it as good as my budget allows. So obviously some lines will HAVE to be drawn somewhere. It's just drawing the right ones.
I'm going to focus as much as I can on the chassis and hopefully anything I can't afford to do now can be done as and when funds allow.

Gather round!!
Long overdue sh*tbox update.

Surprise surprise, Dave bought himself a new grinder so naturally had to cut what was remaining of my front end off. Haha.

New WRC cross brace going in to hold the bumper and rad. Beautifully hand made in S515 steel by the man himself.

Also had a cheeky mock up with some panels. Obviously all just hanging in place and not fitted but nice to see some idea as to how she will look.

Just home after a "somewhat expensive" 750 mile round trip to see a very friendly Mr Gamble in Wolverhampton and then on to see crazy Dave down in Swansea.
I'm absolutely delighted to have nailed down a set of freshly serviced genuine WRC Sachs dampers.
Probably THE most important part of the car, and one area I really didn't want to cut any corners was the suspension.

Obviously no trip to Dave is complete without an obligatory "Gusset shot". I just love how pretty the screen bar gusset is.
