Gt30 billet - earlier spool, more torque. Similar power.
Gt35 billet - same spool, more power.

More torque won't really be an option seeing as we capped mine will it?

Not just at peak. As in earlier in rev range and for more rpm at that torque.

Perhaps if your happy with engine now and want more we up that cap a bit.

Would be easier to get my one converted to billet.
Would it make much more on pump alone?

Clinic are not converting due to cost last I heard so it would be best to sell yours and buy a new billet. The version 3 35R billet will out perform your current unit in every way

I'd have to swap both my housings Clive. The rear end is a Tial item and the front has a welded elbow for my charge pipe.
I'm assuming the billet housings are oem Garrett and it's only the compressor wheel design that's different?

You could use you're tial but the compressor cover on the billet is different to the standard 35r; reason being wheel design is bigger and has extended tips.

Bugger, oh well. Easy enough to convert again.

It's still at least a £600 outlay if I were lucky enough to get £900 for my 35?

Fitted some more bushes today inc new poly gearbox cradle bushes, poly outrigger bushes, new poly gearbox mount and a full solid delring gear linkage bush kit.

Took her for a quick test drive, and the gearchange is now so precise its like a bolt action rifle, love it!!!

Yes mate, all my bits come from Alyn. Just not interested in buying from anyone else as i know the level of service i get from Alyn is better than anyone else.

The linkage is so nice to drive on now, its possibly one of the single best things ive done to the car.

Was the first time I'd seen this car in the metal yesterday and I have to say I was nothing less than utterly impressed.

So many little (and not so little!) details on the car. Absolutely top job!

Ah, big thanks mate. It had a great response yesterday and I was genuinely humbled with some of the great comments received.

Thankyou.
