Hi Chaps,

was just checking the various bolney threads an came across yours.

Just in case you havent checked the main bolney post recently but the pub car park will be closed untill 11:30 anyway, so the only places to park if you get there too early will be the verges till opening time (and then the idea is to have a good mix of cars in the car park).
Wouldnt want you sitting in the cold for over an hour waiting for someone to open the car park.

also the chap was was asking about the heat shield, i would recommend that you put it back on.
It stops loads of heat rising straight up around the intercooler etc which kinda defeats the point.
SAS in Aldershot removed mine for me, but it was re-installed from the advice of bob rawle.
(likewise a friend of mine who has just bought a scoob that hasnt got one that went to see bob).

If we meet at Guildford and leave at 10:30 or 10:45 its gonna take us 45 minutes to get to Bolney anyway so wouldn't be far off the time. I think 09:30 gives us plenty of time for hold ups etc, don't mind waiting on the verge myself if we are a bit early

Bit nervous at the moment as the car has just gone into Subaru to have the gearbox repaired, luckily under warranty. Anyway I have insisted that I need it for Bolney so fingers crossed or I'm in the Trooper which will be fun keeping up with you lot on the way down.

Crunch day. They feel that it will be ready but were not 100% confident yesterday.
If it's not then I will still be at Bracknell for 09.30 but in the Isuzu Trooper.

have any of you got space in your cars because I will not be able to keep up. I could leave it in the car park.

Secondly, we're meeting in Guildford at 10:00ish. Are we gonna head to Pease Pottage and meet up with the Sussex lot for about 10:45???? And then head to Bolney from there, or just go straight to Bolney.

So then. Plan is 09:30 Sainsburys. 10:00 Meet @ Guildford by the White Hart. 10:45 @ Pease Pottage Services to meet the Sussex lot.

N.B. - Careful on the dual carriageways on the last bit just before we reach pease pottage - theres bound to be ALOT of police in the area.

You'll need to take it very easy if your going to take 45mins from Guildford to Pease Pottage

Pease P. Parking will hopefully be in the Truck area so if your there first leave a Scooby sized gap.
