If you go for a 3" system and haven't got the power to warrent a 3" system then it will be laggy and all the power will be at the top end where you don't really need it for everyday use.

Door to door price is £287.87. To pay if you ring us on 01268 727256 and give us your deatils to can send it out to you .

Thank you

Hi

Not really as the last one has finished but we can do do them cheaper than retail but slifghty dearer than GB prices for the last few orders.

Centre pipe £80 and rear H&S box £190 PLUS £ 20 (P+P ) and the vat = £340.75.

the exhaust on my classic WRX race car is very loud and i'm not sure up to passing the noise tests. it is 3" and I believe the down pipe is H&S item and is 2.5". we run standard engine and internals with a little tinkering on the boost front in the Subaru Cup class of the Nippon Challenge. What would you suggest I do with the exhaust. It looks like a Blitz system with stright through section in centre and 4.5" tail pipe. I am contemplating having the centre cut and flanged for a box or straight pipe but I am not really happy with this... would you suggest a 2.5" system would be best for this application?

So guessing you are running approx 270BHP ? which in that case going to a 2.5" system should be OK and quieter . If it is our down pipe then that will be 3" open mouth reducing down to 2.5" at the very end . A 2.5" system with centre pipe silence and the the original design Scooby rear box should be OK for 94 -96 DB.

Ian tested my 95 STi Wagon, 3" decat DP, modified centre to 2.5 to a ScoobySport style BB @94DB 4k revs. Lovely sound and very smooth throttle response.

It was officially over a few months ago , we do but why do you want a 3" rear box reducing down to 2.5" ? it would be a lot cheaper to have a 2.5" box and i don't think that having 3" at the very back will do much especially since the gas has cooled a lot at the back .

well i have your 2.5" box at the moment and i like the sound of it,my car is a road car, just wanted the same sound from the car with the burble but i would like it to be a bit louder.the deep burble sound from the 2.5 box is nice just not loud enough,if i was to go for the 3" centre and box i was worried it be too loud?

im assuming your 3" centre pipe would taper to mate to the 2.5" downpipe.

Ok No problem, yes it can taper down to 2.5".Gb has really finished but can meet you in the middle at £225 excluding P+P and the vat.

A reverse of mine Ian, mine runs better for the 3 to 2.5".

A vid of your scoobysport exhaust at play, no flamer kits here !

not quite sure what to do,im defo keeping my existing ninja sports cat downpipe which ends at 2.5".what would be the best thing to do? dont want it silly loud, but louder than the 2.5 box i already have,i also have a 2.5 straight through centre.is it worth having a 3" centre pipe reducing to 2.5 to meet the down pipe and then having the 3"box aswell,or keep my 2.5 centre pipe and have the 3" backbox tapered to meet the 2.5 existing centre pipe? obviously if there are large gains in performance to be had by doing the centre pipe aswell then that might be the way to go?HELP lol.
