You're spot on. He's like the stereotypical kid who got bullied at school, and then takes the comedy route at college to find popularity and hide his low self esteem. Just look at the history of light entertainment on the telly, it's full of such comedy queens: Kenny Everett, Jeremy Beadle, Matthew Kelly, Stephen Fry, Graham Norton, Michael Barrymore, Ant & Dec etc. The list goes on and Alan Carr will just be another one that time will forget, once Channel 4 realise that the camp novelty of his act has now worn off and it really only appeals to old ladies, who are all tucked up in bed by the time his show is broadcast.

For me, its that bloke off the MoneySupermarkt ad's
"We need to fly to Barcelona"
and his bird
"As Shoon ash Poshible"
And the Ocean finance fat football bloke.
That bird off the Slimfast adverts, who is "Munching on Biscuits" or whatever, wouldnt punch her but she is very annoying.
