right guys where nearly there what can we have as a theme i thought about the t shirt thing but from past experiance you struggle to get into some places in huge groups, so i was thinking if every one could bring a hat im going to bring mine and im going to sort one for simb (he doesnt know which hat it is yet but he will find out at the airport) anybody got any ideas that would work.

No point being there before 8.30am......that's still 2 hours before the flight leaves, I normally get to the airport an hour and a quarter before the flight goes, unless it's long haul.
8.30am should be fine, although obviously we need a bit of contigency in the travel time to the airport as it's a week day and it'll be rush hour (ish).

From past knowledge of when I worked in Bristol last year, if you go down the portway towards the town between 7.45 & 9.15, your guaranteed to get stuck in traffic for quite a while, especially as it goes down to one lane halfway down the portway and everyone pulls over at the last minute.
To beet the traffic and get there in time for everything, you want to aim to be past the SS Great Britian by at least 8am.

i've got a chicken outfit ,indian squa,punk rocker and a mini mouse (with the ears)got the **** star hat so thats o.k

Agree with you Rich, but to get everyone together on-time we need a bit of a safety margin for any unforseen events. Best to be a little early then there will be no worries.
