sounds like cattlemens association in harrogate, i'm not sure they do it anymore though

Ya beat me to it!!!! Lol! Heard its supposed to be a really nice stake there! Think the guy that owns it has his own live stock an he butchers them himself too then he even cooks it too! the whole kit an caboodle!
