I really do like to try everything once. I have yet to eat something that I cant stomach, i.e would make me feel sick.
I am not fond of shell fish or very strong cheese, or cheese sauce type things. I would eat them though if I had too!
If I spot something on the menu that I have not had before I will have a dabble, zebra... gazelle... roo... they are all fair game. (pun intended)

Whislt making tomorrows lunch I decided to make something to eat now, nothing unusual really, cheese and tomato sarnie, chopped onions from the indian dip tray, then add.... mint yoghurt and a splodge of mango chutney.
It was pleasantly nice, with a refreshing mint aftertaste

Cucumber is my No 1 hated food
Never liked the stuff, i can taste it even after its been removed from salads, it taints the leaves, infact ANYTHING that its touched, so i wont eat anything thats been in contact with it, or has been chopped on the same chopping board
Celery too, tastes like bitter soil, cant understand the appeal at all
Apart from that, dont thinnk theres much i dont like

Cannot stand:
Vegemite/Marmite
Any offal
Anything from the sea except some fish (Snapper, Barramundi etc)
Prunes
Eggs (except an occasional omelette)
Olives
Peanut butter (love peanuts though )
However, sprouts are the food of champions

wow, some odd tastes here, nothing makes me sick, although i really cannot understand why people eat celery or olives, they just don't taste like something you should be eating, i don't get honey or aniseed either......oh and parmesan tastes ok but smells like baby sick.

The gfriend will serve tripe every so often , in her country its just about as close to food godliness as is possible,
- a couple of hours cooking aromas alone finds the boundaries of our relationship
-i guess im just a whoss , a hundred years ago it was common place here , right

Hate the stuff. When some of the girls in work eat either of the above, I can smell it at 100 paces. They often keep it in the fridge at work and when they do I have to keep my sarnies and water in my bag..!!

Marzipan.
Avoided getting married for years just in case I had to eat cake with marzipan icing.
Hate being deceived by a very nice looking chocolate that some fool has cheekily put marzipan in
Surprised how many people don't like their veg though.....are you mad???!

Fussy gits!!
Celery - love it. Especially with soft cheese.
Olives - fantastic, with a beer at the bar.
Mushrooms - has that been mentioned? Usually is. Yum on buttery toast.
Kidneys - just perfect in a steak and kidney pie.
Tripe - gorgeous on a cold day with loads of onions.
Black pudding - wouldn't be a proper full English without it.
Cucumber?? Never seen that one before. Match made in heaven with tuna.
Aniseed - cough candy love it! Try salt liquorice if you think aniseed's bad!!
Marmite - bitter savouryness just takes getting used to! Love it.
Prunes? Odd one too. Tinned, dry or any way you want them - delicious!
Sprouts - best vegetable if they're cooked properly, plateful please!
Swede? Odd also. Great in stew or mixed in with mash, winter food of the Gods!
Radishes - fab in a summer salad, unique taste, essential!
My theory is - if somebody likes a food, there must be a reason why. It might take time to get used to it, but if you want to overcome your dislikes, it's possible. I didn't used to be keen on olives, but i kept persevering and now i could eat bowlfuls! Same with Marmite. Wouldn't be without it now!

I'm pretty open minded when it comes to food, I love raw oysters, liver, anchovies, chillies, sushi......but cauliflower makes me gag and cous cous is just plain sh1te!
My parents used to eat tripe regularly but it just reminds me of those rubber mats you used to have in school to stop you from maiming yourself when farting around in P.E.

I used to eat sprouts raw, straight off the plant, when I was a nipper. Been know to eat swede raw too. Good call on swede and spud mash though.
I have to endure the g/f's passion for Vegemite. She has toast plastered with the stuff and, for a double whammy, has peanut butter too though thankfully not on the same slice.
I used to loathe celery, courgette and eggplant as a kid though not any more. I suspect it had something to do with my mother's cooking
