Flapper valve, bought mine from Paul @ Zen. Its not cheap, but it worked, and i probably threw the same value of oil away in 3 rounds of TA prior to fitting it.
Correction to earlier, the one way valve was fitted prior to Oulton, so 250ml in overflow after 3 rounds!

Small update...
Since I have been able to run 100% E85 thanks to the new 1000CC top feed injectors that Lateral supply the car has been running at 95% IDC tops on track and the road. However, the fuel pump (single bosch 044) is right at the limit of its capabilities or in reality a little beyond. As a result, the fuel was getting hot with running high pressure needed for the E85 mixture. Not an issue on the road or track but it was leaning it out a lot on the dyno by about 10%. Luckily the Solaris ECU runs full wideband controlled fueling so it compensates but it is not ideal to be running hot fuel as it costs power.
Therefore a New Fuel Cooler fitted (courtesy of HEL):
This is a 10 row cooler combined with their fittings and aeroquip hose fitted between the FPR and swirl pot.
Lurking behind grill in a nice cold flow of air:
Also got new pump and fuel filter from Lateral Performance: (fittings should arrive today to enable me to fit them)

Also fitted a 4 Bar Map sensor so that I can run a bit more than 2 bar at TOTB at the weekend should I need to and still retain control. I have been limited to 2 bar this year which is just no fun
A few other bits to do in time for the weekend but will be up at Elvington for TOTB and trying to do my best on the handling circuit primarily. Once I have done my runs there I will try for the top speed runs.. I am hoping it can get to 170 on a standing KM. We will see if that happens or if I get anywhere close to it

coor! this has got to be packing some punch now eh duncan? you running for zen at totb. i might have to venture along. whats the score with the pro car? not doing totb now i hear, will it be back running for the final of t.a?

Well, TOTB came and went:
Results:
41.22 in handling course
1/4 mile in 11.45 (122mph terminal)
60ft in 1.6
153.9 mph on standing KM
I was about to do another run with the aero off but they called it a day so I dont know how that would effect the top speed/ 1/4 mile time...
Very happy with how the car performed on the day with no issues or problems.
Thanks to the Team for picking me and for the support of you lot and to Julian for the Jeep and for the great company, Andy Stevens for the trailer and Steven/Emma for the excellent hospitality at their farm.
Also a big thanks to Zen and Lateral for the support.

I dont know yet unfortunately Martyn as when I last had it on the rollers, there was a problem with it riding up on the rear roller and the wheelbase adjuster broke. Then the swirlpot was leaking. Then my headers cracked. So it hasnt been fully dyno'd since feb iirc.
A fair amount of TLC currently being lavished on it and will have a go on the dyno again very soon to get the map spot on as the crack in the headers had led the map gradually in the wrong direction. Will also do a range of comparison figures on fuels if I get the time.

Larger Oil cooler fitted - This is a huge beastie from HEL (25 rows 330mm wide iirc) along with braided lines, firesleeve and some other tidy up bits. With the old cooler temps were creeping up. From what I have tested/seen so far this will do the job perfectly.

New radiator and fans fitted from where they caught fire in Germany - bargain price of £20 from ebay for a complete assembly

Diffuser is finally in situ too. No detail pics yet but to give a general idea of it...

Off topic slightly but when you were running E85/V-power mixes how did you mix the fuel? Jerry cans? Did you have any issues with storing it for a couple of weeks?

Mike - didnt post too many details of it tbh - was a bit pee'd off that it and some cracked discs ruined the chance of lots of laps of the ring. Only managed 13 laps that trip 
Abridged version is:
- gt spec headers cracked
- headers acted like arc welder and heated the fan causing a small fire there, radiator enough to make the drain plug not fit right and melt the inner wing and wiring loom.
luckily the fire went out before I noticed - possibly helped by the huge cool down run from the last corner of the ring.
E85 - mix in jerry cans or in tank - no issues with storing at all either in cans or in the car itself at up to 100% concentration.
Oil Cooler - will try and get a pic of the install.
Adam - I was seeing 110c tops but I would rather it was below 100c to give the oil the best chance of helping with oil surge at snetterton.

I know it is a bit of a risk changing something so major before the final round, but the risk of not doing it is substantial too, so kinda swings and roundabouts.
Zen have done an awesome job on designing and making the kit and the install is pretty straightforward even for a relatively standard car - although still a sizeable chunk of time to do it.
A lovely box of bits arrived at Zen yesterday courtesy of HEL Performance containing enough braided hose, anodised fittings and misc bits to complete the install.
I/We will be cracking through the install at Zen over the weekend. I will publish photos as unfortunately once fitted it will be quite difficult to notice it.
