No worries. Just presumed if Lynz had already got a price from Sticky, then the best, easiest and quickest way of sorting them would be to give Sticky the go ahead to do them. Will be quicker and a better job than having to mess around getting quotes, re doing artwork etc etc

thought £1 a sticker was a good price ,,its the least the club could do as stickys been doing them for FREE for years ,,its like as soon as he wants paying for them your going to go else where,

I'v heard so many good things about so many folk in the club, to me that makes a good club, lets make sure it stays a good club. Not a case of taking a step back, but driving forwards.

think the main problem as been the time we have been waiting for them not the price i don't care who does them as long as they get done.think lynz got fed of waiting for a reply to be honest.so she asked if some one else could help us out.does'nt matter if they are free or a few pound each its just about getting them done.

I think its all very sad that this club is so divided. Both sticky and Paul have given the club so much over the past few years. Sticky runs his own business. Which is a hard thing to do and i think Paul is just saying if Sticky is busy then maybe its worth getting a quote. That does not mean fall out with sticky nor anyone else. If Tarmac ask me for a truck for the day And i say No! They don't say well **** you then!!! Sticky does do some fantastic art work like Micks/Matt's car and my car to. In fact Sticky has done five lots of full vinyls on my cars. And done Paul's car a few times to and god knows how many other cars he has done!!! If sticky wants to charge then that's fine no problem here. But when people pay there subs it would be nice to see something for your £25 quid. Not just see you in the summer at a show and you can have a free burger! Or you can stand under the gazebo. Because its p!ssing down...... Come on everyone its a car club where we have fun!!!

id just like to say that im normally a quiet lad but all this bickering is not good for the club.
i,ve been a member for about a year now and ive met some really nice people such as paul/debs,jubby,coops,cheiftain,simonbb128,scoobystu,mo nkeydile,dunx,frosty,hudders1,bullitrich/lynz,brian and mandy, scott and sarah, the list goes on and on and ive been made feel so welcome.
when i bought my scoob i only new martwrx with one bt now theres philt,paulgx

No matter who with, when, or how, well how could have some guidlines

saying that who, and when, should have guidlines also. I was having fun down the dark arches not so long ago police were fine but Jackie was furious when i was released

 

crikey.... one night of shopping and i miss all of this!!

all i said was i'd compare prices, i got one quote for 50x at nearly £80, so sticky's offer is certainly the best so far.

i'll have a look at all prices on friday and compare, the best deal will get the job, not being funny towards anyone and i don't want to cause any arguements, i've never been that person, but in the interests of club money, i think we have a duty to seek the best price.

all being well i'll have the order in on friday and we'll get the stickers soon after that, they will then be posted to people who have paid subs, or we'll keep hold of them til the next eom/meeting.

 

Lynz, I appreciate where your coming from with regards spending the club's money. But its a relatively small outlay, and we all know Sticky will do a top job, for a good price. Can we not just phone him with an order?

 

Gary I hope it's coming across that we (I) are trying our hardest to ensure non club issues are kept off the board.... I couldn't agree more that such issues refelect poor on us... That's why we should all ensure that club interests come first.
