It still starts and runs with no rattles, so more than likely piston or piston ring failure, thats what all that smoke was, I'll decide what im going do with it next week after a proper inspection but im more than likely going to go for a forged 2.1 stroker setup as Ive got a spare closed deck block in the shed waiting to be built

My first MSOC meet and enjoyed it a lot. Nice to see you all. Unlucky Omar sorry to hear that. Well done Maggs for your actions. Group by on extinguishers i think ? Nice ride out and good food as well.

A BIG thanks goes out to all the MSOC members for a great afternoon spent with them
This was my first 'meet up' so didn't know what to expect but you all gave me a warm welcome and I really enjoyed the drive, banter and advice given.
All I've got to do now is find out what three port, 008's and anti-lag means
No really, joking apart, thanks again you all made me feel very welcome and look forward to the next get together

that was me filling your head with ideas then on the
3 port boost solenoid (perrin) - allows better boost control
Toyo R 888's - semi slick road legal tyres
anti lag - turbo's always spooling and you will get more pops and bangs
nice meeting you paul
