Sad geeky **** that I am, I'm using my PC to keep the living room warm, the PC is running 24/7 "folding" for science, so is as toasty as a toasty thing on a very toasty day that's feeling exceedingly toasty..

560w on full chat though so it's not cheap

Would the hob not cost a fortune to burn for any length of time? Our kitchen is only warm at dinner time.

my tv screen is red hot, 40" any hotter could light my cigarettes off it, doesn't help that the only thing its used for is this (pc is plugged into one of the ports) and the xbox, lol this TV hasn't seen any "TV" yet, not yet linked up to a box, lol

Cool

Half the time when Im in the house alone as its so big and expensive to heat i sit in my study on the PC for hours and sit with a hot water bottle for a couple of hours

far better then all the raditors on for hours just to heat one room .
