Had terrible service from CPW and several others recently. Not the best way to do business methinks...

Funny should say that re CPW. I sent my SE C905 back last week with a couple of faults, one being the slider is scratching the keypad. Got a text to say it was ready for collection and on receipt 1st thing I notice is they've done bugger all to the keypad. Points it out to the sales guy and told him to keep it until its right and to please check it before wasting my time. I never even tried it for the other fault.

MMT - well I was looking to upgrade soon and:

Four months ago I got a barrage of very poor sales calls from them.
I called up to upgrade, the guy took all my details and said he'd call back - he didn't.
I went into a store and asked but was told they do consumer only (this is for business) and then ignored.

Three strikes and they are mostly certainly OUT.

Emailed them (using my time to advise them what to do) but not heard back.
Muppets.

Customer service at Comet the other week was second to non.
Girl was very helpful and the Manager price checked some goods even though the store beating them was closed so they could not confirm.
My faith was restored in a big chain.

Rescue of Barratts and Priceless shoe shops collapses.

Failures seem to be slowing down ... but, still happening.
