ESC - Essex Softy Crew?

Simon and I had a lovely ride, -3 deg when we set off, 0 deg when we got back.
Simon started to loose enthusiasm when he lost the feeling in his fingers and toes!
I was pleasantly surprised how well I lasted, as the last time I rode was early this year.
2009 - no expensive toys or racing, so maybe time to get a bit fitter?

 

Glad you had a good ride mate. Im deffo up for coming next time. I had all my gear ready, just a long way for me to come for just 2 of us to go out. Was looking forward to a load of us all having a rip up together.

 

Sorry I didn't make it. Was well up for it, the bike was ready, then I got ill. Big time!

 

hope you dont suffer like me/lin, lin came down with it monday last week, i got it xmas eve and were both JUST starting to feel better...
