Funnily enough these were posted today. Due to a major car accident that the whole family was involved in and another few problems yes there has been a delay which I apologize for, but I have sent them, and I can offer a 50% refund if required.

Also I have no notification or payment details of any order made 3 weeks prior, so only order was made on the 12th, and posted today, so it makes 13 working days from payment to post

I think it best if I make a few comments to put everyone's mind at rest.
When I took on this project last year, it was only an idea at the time but soon snowballed into something quite big. A few of us on SN did the design and then we sourced a supplier who could do a decent job. Believe me there are literally hundreds of suitable companies out there who can do stickers, but we needed someone who could do a high quality sticker, deal with individual piecemeal orders (which is a pain to any supplier) and bring them in at a reasonable price. Neil @stickmeup covered all those criteria and it was a bonus that he was a fellow scooby owner
I think he has done a sterling job so far and given the personal circumstances that he has had to deal with and considering the fact that the stickers are not his full time job, he has done pretty good in my book
Sure it is frustrating when ,as the buyer, it takes a while to get these and it may seem pretty tardy considering how quick you can get items these days with online ordering but you have to remember that these stickers are not 'off the shelf' items and neil makes up every sticker by hand per order.
I suggest that people give Neil the chance to fulfill the orders ( I know I am awaiting a few myself
) and I am sure it will all be sorted very soon

Tony i do not disagree with anything you have said HOWEVER
I ordered some stickers from japan at the same time and those arrived today still doesnt anser my question as to why i still do not have my stickers considering you said you where dealing with it and that was over 2 weeks ago now
Sorry for going on but You are running a business and as such customer satisfaction should be of a huge importance to you. Iam sorry that your whole family were involved in an accident. I personally spent 2 months in a hospital and i was still able to run my nusiness, make and recieve calls use the internet and get people to do things for me that i couldnt whilst i was incapsitated (sp).
