But if they get him on a free they can spend more on his wages, if they link a mega bonus scheme for goals scored then its no gamble, and he is, and always will be a better goal scorer then Saha imo.

Owen would not be doing himself justice if he didn't look to see if he could get a move to a club who may be able to challenge for honours. It would also help his England chances to move to a big club. Cant blame the fella for wanting out of that shower up there.
