yea plenty of people have heard from me , ill close my paypal dispute when i get the all clear and everyoneis paid or actually got there mirrors ! you sure change your tune when someone is holding your money back i.e paypal !
maybe if you had been on this thread asmuch as you ae now trying to get me to close my dispute this might not have got so bad .

 

Well everyone has been refunded. DHL collects the remaining mirrors today. 2 sets are coming to you for the euro shipping ones. Rest will go to individual addresses.

Hi. I clearly asked over a period of a week for people to state wether they wanted a refund or the mirrors. You didnt respond. Then I placed five names to confirm these were the people still wanting the mirrors, with your name included. A set of mirrors has already been desptached to you. Thank you.

I don't want them, so not sure why my name was included in those that said they were wanting them?!

Funny how you're saying I didn't respond but you didn't show your face on here for God knows how long? So it's okay for you to get on with other things outside of ScoobyNet, but if we get on with our lives it's a crime?

 

You were given the chance to confirm them. More than 2-3 days I asked for people who wanted a refund. You didnt respond. I then on the 4th day put 5 names along with yours. If you didnt repond for four days I am not responsible for that. You cant just come on a week later and put 'refund please' Sorry.

 

WTF are you on? You haven't given us a week to reply... Going back in the thread you posted the below reply on 18th January at 22:24pm. You then replied again on 20th January at 10:29am saying that you had posted the mirrors. How is that a week for us to confirm whether we wanted the mirrors or not? So judging by your replies earlier, you've given us 1 day before you decided to post them!

So what am I supposed to do with the mirrors? Hopefully they haven't turned up and when they do, I'll tell the courier to return to sender.

Hi guys, got my Carbon mirrors from the other Group buy from Ed at Japspeed and they are really good quality and came next day.

I have recieved the mirrors, the carbon's nice, but the gap i mentioned from the other post, is caused by the mounting surface not being flat.
The mounting surface will need sanding flat, a lot more work than just drilling new holes

Right, an update....
I have offered up the mirror, and there are more problems than i was told.
The front corner radius is too large, and doesn't fit onto the base plate in the correct place, it sits 2cm too far back.
This causes the mirror to sit back too far, this and the base of the mirror being curved causes the gap i asked about a few days back.
If i sand the base, the edge of the clearcoat on the carbon will be damaged, and potentially chip.
I must be more fussy than M535I, as the fit will never be right.

you need to grind the actuall door mate to make them fit !
and you mount them as if the door is shut if you mount them door open as such they sit to far forward ? ! sorry if you miss understood my directions of how they fit mate .

 

Yes, i understand the grinding the door bit, but when fitted, with the door shut as you say, there's a gap in the front corner.
Also, the base isn't flat, so they dont sit flush to the door, and need sanding down.
