i might be in the same boat fella fecking car arrrr bloody rear drive shafts need to be changed now and got some weird noises coming from every angle

so its not been painted or even driven properly yet so dunno if i should chance it even if i get it runnin alright soon

 

Whats wrong with the shafts ?

 

i bought lees g/box and clutch off him but had to change the diff to match the ratios so went over to awesome and got it just fitted everything but the d/s rear shaft wouldnt pop in we thought it might when it went back on its wheel but it didnt on closer inspection the uk diff has a plate in the middle and its stoping the shafts going in ive spoke to awesome and hes gunna do me a straight swop for my jap ones
prob is the bodyshop wanted it today to spray it so even if it is running by the weekend its gunna look a bag of s**t and i wanted to run around local before taking it anywhere incase "my luck" kicks in
on a good note thought ive spent £380 today an got a decent 2.5 transit van and a v reg ldv chassis cab that me and my bro are gunna make into a car transporter
oh an ive bought a rolling shell impreza (with an untouched roof linning cheers S_S_S lol )) and also a r reg gl wagon so gunna put the turbo front on the gl an a set of alloys an a new mot and hopefully double my money an have a spare donor car

i got two trailers an ldv and a saxo vtr on my garden the scooby and an escort van on the road and the transits on my brothers drive
the gl and the shell will be on my garden when i collect them too

the new tax disc turned up to day so i get to display my new plate but its not gunna look relevent to anything still being f ing silver

 

Well i was supposed to have my new front bumper and spliter today, but went down to get it fitted and it wasn't ready
So i'll be turning up with a scabby old front bumper.

 

Should have gone direct matey, would have saved you time with the post etc...

When my plate ownership forrm came I just took it to the DVLA in Llanishen Cardiff...10mins later I have a new MOT certificate, Tax disk, stamped green bit off the reg doc, and a letter fom them with permission for plates to be made up......

Great it's coming together nicely.
