If anyone sees or talks to any of those who have put their names down but not got the forms etc could they plesae ask them to get in contact - we only have until the end of the next month and time will creep up on us - we need to get payments ready so jacqui has it sat ready to go.

There are a several of ways for those who paid to much:-

1) Refund by cheque in post with tickets etc
2) Refund by cash on day
3) If attending the 2nd action day the outstanding refund can be used in payment for tickets for that event (as long as cost of tickets does not exceed the refund due)

 

I'll have cash on the day Ed, it's not worth the hassle for such a small cheque
