Where does the reservoir hole go and how do they dig it? :|

 

Not sure where it goes but they could build a tunnel underneath and dig it backwards from where they want it to go...?

 

there built into the dam when they build it. the top part is actually built up like a tube from the floor of the reservoir and in a dry season you can see it.
