Anyway. I would like to see Karl227 get his account back. This conversation cropped up earlier in this thread. People do get attached to their names and are associated by it. It may not seem the be all and end all to some, but I would not like to lose my naffy name.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that matter, maybe I'm too easy going? I don't see a problem in scrolling past a couple of off topic posts, i certainly wouldn't neg or infract a post if i didn't like it or it offended me, I'd be more inclined to report it to a mod.

Well, there was me thinking the masses were all up in arms and had hundreds of things to complain about when in fact all you want are a few bug fixes, a handful of new moderators and a revised infraction system.

The new administrator should be well pleased that he was worrying over nothing. I hear he was last seen purchasing stab vests on eBay and investigating sources for various forms of weaponry that quite frankly have normally been reserved for Range Rover driving men in Hollywood films! LOL

Yes, that's about the size of it, Stu. People keep asking us complainers "If you hate the place so much, why do you keep coming back?" and it's simply because we remember how excellent it used to be before the "improvements".

 

Ive come to realise that IB werent the villains. That said; we dont want a revised infraction system, we want shut of it, but with re-empowered moderators and a decent admin that wont be an issue.
