I do not see eye to eye with you, but if anyone sends communication like that then you need to report it as it is an offence under the Malicious Communications Act.

Fair point and well taken. Thing is I report it, nothing gets done, as it's just a differing email address each time. Whoever sent it probably has read this thread and has a good ol' belly laugh, bit like me. I have more important things to worry about apart from some roughian sending badly worded material to myself.

I had presumed that there was. Anyway, my advice relates to the idiot threatening you. If your girlfriend is genuinely upset by the emails then he has commited an offence: similarly if he threatens you and you consider the threat to be real then he is open to prosecution. If he is foolish to make more serious threats, such as to kill you, and you take them seriously, then he has committed a very serious criminal offence.

 

Already printed off all correspondances like emails, pm's etc, and saved them. Mrs doesn't know, after all she doesn't have a clue about Scoobynet and my doings on here.

He's welcome to try come kill me, but I doubt he would want to try - I wouldn't wanna try kill me when I lose my temper
