It`s defo not the time to be selling, some real bargains to be had. A friend of mine is just debating if he should sell his Astra Coupe Turbo and go for a Scooby, keep telling him if he can get his gone then its defo the right time for scooby hunting.

Well to be honest it's gotta go soon as it's taking the place of the Porsche that's coming!

Will just have to let it go for peanuts and cry lol

I do like the look of Scoobynuttas car but 107k miles and £4500 asking price is too much IMO, I know rebuilds are expensive but if I had rebuilt mine I would have to keep it as I know its not worth the money to get back
To me where it says rebuilt engine rings alarm bells but I know you have to get some of your money back
I managed to snap up a 1 owner W plate with 115k miles for £1500
I was looking at classics for 4500 but only those that had under 50k on them and I nearly got a 01 bugeye in WR blue with 75k on for £3500 but lost out due to delays in money transfer

buyers market and there are plenty of em out there

A rebuild alone is the best part of £3k. I suppose I'll keep it another year then strip the easy bits off. I've still got the original spoiler and wheels.

There'll be a lot of cars being broken when they blow now, certainly any UK non edition cars.

There's no need for alarm bells when seeing the word rebuild, all depends on who carried out the work In fact I wouldn't buy any classic now unless the engine was already gone or rebuilt by someone who I know of.

I don't have to sell as still have just the 2 kids, will deffo go if another pops out!
