Yeah, really pushing hard now and reached another goal last week so onwards to my next milestone. Getting the odd muscle pain here and there but no pain no gain

Managed ten minutes on the rower yesterday, so I am quite pleased with myself

Very true, well done!

Try the stairmaster for 20mins, level 12! Thats a killer but a FAB fatburner (not the stepper)

Will watch it on youtube, if it is on there and see how I get along. Though grilled chicken is not a bad replacement!

Asda have started doing tuna strips, much easier to eat than the regular stuff.

Going to stock up on them today but next monday, going into hospital to have my wisdom tooth removed I get restless very easily so hopefully can go back to the gym the following day but hate the taste of blood.

Dont they strap you down tight and clamp you mouth wide open (like in the film SAW) then slowly, painfully knock your tooth until it gets loose and then yank it out with pliers?!

Aww you'll be fine, my cousin had his out, it was swollen for a bit but the painkillers they give you will make you k.o!
Its strong stuff...

Post a pic of it!

lol! I do love a bit of snow! I was driving and had to put my window down to clear the wing mirror, traffic light turned red so I broke and all the snow slid off the roof and half of it covered my arm and filled the car nicely! I was annoyed at the time but my car was fillled! luckily I was driving my run around and not the scooby...

you doofus! (that is my new word for today) Once I get home from work I am going to get driven around and leave own car at home. It is so dirty and really needs a good clean

The cars looked so clean at the meet, did you clean them before you met up?

What kind of show? Only gym really, got the day off work tomorrow but that is due to mum having laser eye surgery to improve her vision.

That has become really poor due to diabetes so will be spending most of they day in the hospital with her.

You mean Snowpreet.

Btw, was ringing ya earlier banny. Was shocked to see my old Sti wagon in Slaithwaite. Out of all the places in the world, and also what are the chances of your old car driving past you where you are a total stranger, weird
