Doing IT support for a large mobile company, but looking to move into project management this year and also looking into mapping cars on the side.

I suppose with the decline of the housing market and tighter lending, you will be hit pretty hard in the mortgage sector.

Hopefully things will pick up soon as the economy improves and banks start lending again.

Good stuff...project management a good field to get into.
You can map my car in return for choc ice cream then...
I'll prob go down the IFA route for now though. My clients never show up on time! Which means lunch is delayed...

Congrats on the sale and it is true the world is such a small place!

If you are wanting to be healthy then a jacket potato or a salad box espcially if you are stuck for time, best thing to have carbs early on so you use them up.

Fish, now that is something I have not had in a little while. Thanks for helping me decide what I want tonight.

Hmm jacket potato with tuna sounds good, Friday is a weights day so I need the energy.
You should have more of it, omega 3 and all that, also high in protein which you need.
I think I should have become a nutrtionalist lol

Best option would be to do it for someone else first and see how you like it. I have noticed with a few people they become sick of the gym, as they are always there and slack in their own workouts.

I think any business ventures will have to be on the back burner till the whole country gets in a better situation. What you training today?

Im doing a class today...done with free weights on a bar, squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders and abs....Its great for overall tone. Trying to get my squat weight up as its the biggest calorie burner. Each track is around 7-8 mins long so doing it continuously at different speeds is a killer! I normally do my own but like doing this class twice a week and cardio other days with a bit of my own weights.

I bet you train diff muscles on diff days right?
Saq's on a strict routine, 2 days on one day off...

Thats correct, it is legs day today (favourite bodypart!) I try to be a little more flexible with my routine and go by the way my body feels. Last week i trained 4 days straight 1 day off then back on again.

This week it has been 2 on 1 off 3 on, this way I never train any bodypart on the same day and keeps my body guessing. However I would not recommend this to anyone who has not been training long.

The biggest lesson I learnt was to my leave my ego at the door, as I was training super heavy but all I had to show for it was joint pains and no progress

This is very hard for any guy to do and most of guys in the gym still do it, I always have a laugh to myself when I see it. Worst is when the grunt really loudly but the partner is doing most of the work lifting the weight

4days on is alot, doesnt you body need to rest in between that?

I know its jokes when guys at the gym try to act all macho...

training is hard but it has to be done..in moderation of course

4 days is a lot but plenty of water and protein defo helps in recoving quickly, however if I feel drained I will take 2 days off or how many ever I need to feel tip top again.

Best advice I can give anyone is treat every session like it is your last, that way you will always push to the limit and keep growing.

As you will know yourself training is the smallest but hardest part of it, the easy parts are resting and eating but they tend to get negelected more often than not.

I agree, I think Saq would be with you on that 1 too...he's been training for a while, has got into in properly compared to a few years ago and can definately see results.

Its maintaing it though thats hard...I mean work, etc...later on with children and all the rest of it, what happens when you can train like before...do you sag?! lol

Tried them all, gave up in the end and accepted them as battle scars The majority have faded now so it is not that bad now.

What you got planned for the rest of today?

Get home from work in about an hour, straight to gym. once I am done from there need to pick up a radiator for the car.

Getting another fmic, gauges and the radiator fitted tomorrow. After that just laze about the about house or play mario kart with my brothers lol Need to get an early night tonight going to gym first thing tomorrow.

Im sure he will make things up to you, if he does not just threaten to not feed him, that one usually works against most men
