Ive advised Kev not to. The conditions are very bad and he has nobody else with him.
To fly alone in conditions like these is very very dangerous.

No harnesses, no seatbelts, no stock axle even for me!!
Look at how far we have all come since then. Reading back through this thread has been so funy. These were the days when we only had 1 or 2 kites each, 16mph was a high wind and only to be flown using a 3.5m kite lol.
How funny are the first 10 pages of this thread

Keep meaning to get over again and try out my new camera, might even get the beamer out of the packaging.
ive spent nothin its all charity well thats what i tell the misses
well the rain gave me a chance to go out buying

If your serious about getting into the sport then id personally look into something like a flexifoil or ozone.
If you wanna fly once in a blue moon then go for it, after all its only £40.
However, without sounding rude, lines alone on anything of decent quality will be over £40 on their own.
The lines on my Blades are £80 a set, so like i said, dont expect alot for £40
