Let em neg all my posts i dont give 2 *****.
Sad fcukwits have **** all interesting in their lives... im out enjoying myself
Dispite the cold (Which at one point was quite hot and i was in just a t-shirt lol) and little wind. Had a cracking day on the 6.5m Blade. Deffo a big kite day and anything under 6.5sqm wasnt worth flying.
Will post some pics up soon of our antics

I wouldn't go over 2m for fun static flying tbh. I like my boys 1.2 meter sting as it's crazy fast in good wind, I think the 1.7 is probably good too. Tiny's Big Buzz is quite a handful in good wind
I have the 4m Beamer but that is
static flying in moderate blustery wind.

its all relative to the wind mate.
Ive seen days where an 8.5m will struggle to get off the ground, then on other days ive seen a tiny 2.5m launch my 12 stone over 22yds in the air.
Id say 3.5m is a great size for static flying in most winds. Will be challenging enough for most and will still get you airborn if you just fancy some pendulum jumps

Spally & i have 7M's but there are diffrent types as well as sizes , Some offer lift , Some offer Traction / Pull
Really depends if you want to jump ( Lifty kite = Blade etc .. ) Or just get pulled along fast etc ( Traction = Blurr ) In the right winds though both kites will also offer both
Best bet mate is to get along & try a few out , Are you really interested or taking the pee ?

Flysurfer make a 26m mate, it all depends what youre doing with it, what design it is and how you fly.
My 6.5m blade will have more power than most 7/8m kites purely due to its design. Most kitesurferes will be out on anything from 10m to 19m. But that is due to the kite design they use. They use inflatable kites called LEI (Leading Edge Inflatable) These are Dpowerable and designed to be relaunched on the water.
There really is alot more to it but it depends what you wanna do as to which kite you require

More practice required, Frayz's 3m sting really did surprise me, I could feel the potential for embarrassment which is which I landed it again after 10 minutes

Just a couple of snaps of our fly this morning. Wind was very very light (6/8mph) but still enough to practice some groundwork.
Cheers again to Paul and Shaun spending some time with me and my technique.
Happy new year guys.
I hope 09 as a whole lot more
The kite bus

Tiny's new 7m Blurr

Me getting to grips with 2 wheeling

Tiny had a go too

It was all going so well...

Paul making it look all too easy

Blade and Blurr... doesnt get much better
