fozzie,
i have a 3.5m blurr...only used i believe once, maybe 3 times
4.5 & 7.0 bullets and of course an rs buggy.
going to see if i can get out this weekend and then make my mind up after that.
My learning curve hit a brick wall, started going down if anything, last time i went out plus not having much time it's going to take a really good session for me not to sell.
Will let you know after the weekend mate.
cheers

Shame to see you drop out Spally.
I think we all need a decent session out together. Eveyone needs to make the effort and have a great day out.
Else none of you will fly again

Don't want to see you drop out dude, but if it comes to it, I might be able to find a good home for your gear!
Lovin' it again to be honest, keep looking at the forecast and trying to organise a slot in my timetable to get out again. As I said to you before Frayz, I want to try and organise a bit of a day out at EKP, I really want to get back out on the board and I've got a few others interested.
Kev is actively looking for a kite, a board and some Kite surfing gear. I would like to be able to put him in touch with some of the kite surfers who frequent EKP.
Phil has got his first kite now and wants to get out as much as possible.
Chris (who came to Amsterdam with us) has got a 3.5m Rage and a board, so he wants to come out and another guy, Sam, totally green to it all has asked to come along next time we go out to get an idea about it all as it's something he has always fancied doing!

Trying to drum up some interest for ya!
Got myself a new bag to keep my board in.

Mine is slightly different to the one pictured. No red piping (it's black on mine), no clip at the top and the logo on mine is the newer version.

Does the job.

BKSA Barrow results-
Review taken from the BKSA website
Barrow goes off July 31st - August 2nd
Discipline - Freestyle and Kiteland Freestyle Jam
The forecast for the event was a mixed bag of wind however going past the previous two years Walney Island always gets way more wind than predicted – and this year was no different
The Pro Men and Ladies kicked off on the Friday with a building southerly.
The heats were hard fought and it was a very pleased Ned Taylor to make it to his first final.
James Boulding and Sam Light met Ned in an exciting action packed 7 minutes – however Sam and James were neck and neck and it was a 3 to 2 win for James Boulding
The Pro Ladies also saw a great flawless first heat from Hannah Whiteley and also Holly Kennedy to meet in the final – however it was not to be in the final with Helen Thompson beating both of them with some great powered moves.
Saturday dawned wet and windy and those in tents had an “interesting “night! However as registration finished with a total of 56 competitors the sun came out and the wind died as predicted – it did not take long to switch 45 degrees from the West and start building ,
The juniors were started with light winds however it was building fast. The Am ladies, Am Men’s and seniors and race crew had 6 hours of competition ahead of them. The wind topped out at about 22 knots which saw most riders on 7 -10 metre kites
There were a few surprises in all finals with new faces and some great results Lewis WIlby surprised everyone!
On the land side a Kite Jam took place with some great riding in particular from Lewis Wilby ( in a wetsuit and also competing in the Kitesurf) and Carl Kirton on the Landboards ,
On the buggy side Pro Kitesurfer Ali Reader took 2nd with an amazing display however it was Frazier Cohen with his immense variation of tricks that took the win.
All the riders were out at the end of the day and the last man off was Tom from KiteitRight who was out as the sun came down and the moon came out at 9.30 pm – what a day
Sunday dawned with a westerly wind however as it was forecast to back off as it did everyone had a freeride with prize giving at 1pm

but saying that, need to free up some cash for some new wheels on my bike. Just trying to figure out a fair price for the kite and see if it's worth selling or not.

here is the sort of price i'm getting back for a complete new one:
Flexifoil® Blurr - Power Kites - 4 Line, - power kite, traction kites, power kite store, flexifoil, ozone kites, best kiteboarding, kite surfing, Waroo, neutron, nemesis, hadlow pro, Kahoona, Instinct, ozone, hq, hq kites, frenzy, sabre, samurai, bla
mine isnt that far off being new, and comes with handles and lines so i would be thinking around 250ish if i were to sell.
