Its sad to see that amongst all these RB5 pics (considered by many to be the best Classic shape Impreza) there only appears to be one unmolested example, OllieRB5's Dads car!

A difficult one really as it's whatever you are prepared to pay imo.
I would pay 8-9k max.

thats true

nah, its staying standard, he wanted 18s but ive talked him into refurbing the oem rims.

i made the mistake of straying too far with my last car and couldnt put it back to near standard. so all mods to the rb5 are done with the thought in mind of returning it to factory at some point in time, all the parts are safely stored away ready to come out again.

personally i loved the look of the car standard, it just didnt excite me until id added my own touches

my dads nw just a complete hooligan reliving his youth!

Mine is standard, the smoked lights came out of the garage and have been on since it was new. When I test drove it it had a Blitz exhaust on, but I asked him to put the original prodrive one back on. The engine is totally unmolested and I have a print out to show spot on 240bhp.
I think as a limited edition you shouldn't do anything to it. If I'd wanted to mod one, I'd have spent the 7k on an import and done loads to it for the money.
I think I saw the last car at Triton?

No mate, it's a private sale in Essex.
Not sure about the price to be honest, a car is worth as much as you're prepared to pay

Mid level was standard fitment

High level was the Prodrive version that was an optional extra with the WR version, later became a Prodrive extra that could be ordered from dealer.

A few have fitted STI V or VI versions tho.
