TITLE: *NEW* SUPERSLIM HID GB - Aztec Performance Ltd
Got 'em (on Tuesday!). Thanks.
The instructions included are for the single beam ones with the larger ballasts so I need some clarification on a couple of points.
Once these are installed does the back end of the bulb need to be unlocked? There's two positions on the back of the bulb, locked and open, no ref to them in the instructions.
Also, is there an option to install these bulbs with the standard loom adapters referenced in the instructions or does the hi/lo beam motor require me to use the relay setup provided?
thanks,
Steve

I've only had my scooby (bugeye wrx) 6 months and last night was the first time I've really had to test the (standard) lights under night-time driving conditions (driving through Stockport and the tops of the Peak District), and (compared to my previous car - Peugeout 306) what a disappointment they are - I could hardly see any road markings, especially when driving through through the town what with the orange light reflecting from the street lamps, and coupled with the rain on the road, it was hard going. I'm looking for something that's gonna give me maximum visibility but not stretch the pocket, and I'm very much a newbie so would need something that's gonne be easy to fit for even the most novice of novices - are these my answer?

Hi Billy,
One kit will do dipped and another kit for main beams.
Hope that clears is up?
