Suresh......where do you live then

I pay off my mortgage at the grand old age of 62...no chance of overpayment then LOL

Deepest, darkest Holland mate. I'll be 62 when my projections expire. Overpaying doesn't make financial sense for me at the moment.

My UK Mortgage is paid off when I'm 51
My US Mortgage is another 13 years after that so 64

Good job the US mortgage is 1/4 size of UK mortgage
