YOU are right....you deserve to be happy...she obv is not bringing any happiness and sounds like a right madam. Move out theres plenty of nice young ladies out there. Enjoy yourself and dont get hooked on here because you feel sorry for her. No offence intended but she sounds like a right case.....

Haroon.

thanks again guys,

update:

Ive handed in my notice etc and suprisingly the landlord is ok about it, we seem to have meutual respect for one another now.

She is very apologetic and wants to be back with me after finishing things, i'm being hard and saying I need space but it's breaking her heart and no matter what I say she is convinced that we are meant to be and soulmates etc etc.

The good times were great, but the way she hurts me when everything is seemingly fine I will never forget,

She wants to spend time with me, watching dvd's etc - it's really hard to keep saying no; what should I do??

Say no, well done and good luck.

She needs the shock of losing you to do something about her drinking. Having half of you isn't going to help her or you.

Maybe one day you can be together, who knows, she can't be written off completely but that day isn't today.

Say No and tell her to respect you need space.

She is a mental case mate... they all are but you're got one of the top ten percenters by the sounds.

You already know the answer to that mate, I think! If I might liken it to that famous scene in the Karate Kid

Relationship do - Safe
Relationship don't do -Safe
Relationship sort of do - Squish like grape!

She's not your problem anymore!

Her name wouldn't be Sarah would it ?!?!?!

Haha her name isn't Sarah no but I also know a psycho Sarah

I must of told her for 4 days now that she needs to respect my space but she keeps coming to me by text or in person asking to talk again and again she says she misses me and is very sorry wont happen again etc and I find it very difficult to ignore someone I still have feelings for and who is depressed it's a nightmare i'll give it that.

I move out in 3 weeks, but am worried about keeping on rejecting her might result in her doing something silly, and when she keeps talking to me and making me feel guilty for hurting and pushing her away is getting too much now.

I won't be living with a woman again any time soon that's for sure

I'm thinking that would be me in a few years time if I stay with her...

I gotta be cruel to be kind, grit my teeth and not be soft when she flutters her eyelids

Sorry to be harsh, but I would get the **** out of dodge. You obviously aren't happy, and it doesnt sound as if you are going to be happy if you stay with her.
You said it all.

She's picking up the "last train out of Dodge vibe"..... best you accelerate your departure plans fella, as those hugs may turn into something else.... not so pleasant

You DO realise she's using you as an emotional crutch

If at all possible find somewhere to stay for the remaining 3 weeks. It's going to be hell, you are going to have to watch this bird fall to bits if you stay there, and are you strong enough to walk away?

She'll get over it. You need to move out and sever *all* ties . Now.

You not got any mates fella? If so now is the time to call in a favour or two and get on their couch for a few weeks. If they're a really good mate they'll let you have a crack at their sister as well.

PS leave the psycho now!

I don't get why blokes feel they need to stay with mental women. Is it fear of not finding a woman in the future then if so don't worry. Once women hit 30 they're desperate and mentally scared from previous blokes fukking them over. Just say a few things they want to hear and you can play then so easily. don't look to settle down with one of these though... you need to keep shopping int he 24-27 year old market. They're a bit more worldly wise than the young ones but naive enough that you can still mould them.

Good luck fella!

There is the danger in that age bracket that all they keep going on about is having kids, though.

you can normally shelve that though by convincing them that they're career is just starting to take off and it would be foolish to consider kids until a few more years down the line.

Indeed.

It's just a potential panic moment for the uninitiated.

Problem is guys, that I've just paid this months rent in advance so from a financial point of view I can't move to my new place yet otherwise i'll be paying two lots of rent at the same time and that isn't possible at this moment in time.

Ihave mates yeh, but they are all married or taken for and wouldn't have me in their house because of kids etc - it's just not viable with the mates I got

Damn this is hard
