555 Danny & Gaenor555 - We will be there...!!
How many people are planning on going to the McRae gathering at Prodrive??
Perhaps we could have a mini meet and convoy down to Prodrive??

Thanks got your text
We ordered our stickers today and will be there...
Having read some of the threads about leaving Bagington at 9am do we think this maybe a "tad" optimistic considering expected attendance of 880 plus Scoobys in the Banbury area on the Sunday morning....!?!
Could we suggest that the convoy leave closer to 8:30am to allow us plenty of time to join / met the larger convoy which will be arriving at Banbury at 10am....
We appreicate that this will mean that those living a little further away from the midlands area will have to get out of bed a little earlier (Mark W )....this is just a suggestion - let us know your thoughts....
From what we have read / heard this is going to be very well attended so we just thought an earlier start would be more sensible...!?!
Cheers

Ok then guys I think you have a good point, if they main group are there for about 10 i think it maybe an idea to get there for 9.30??
So...unless there are any big problems the revised plan will be:
-Meet at The Oak, Bagington anytime before 8.45am
-Leave The Oak at 8.45am on the dot, travelling down the A423
-Meet at the Total petrol station on the A423/A425 round-a-bout in Southam at 9.05am
-9.10am head back down the A423 to Banbury
-Arrive around 9.30 for bacon butties before they all go!
Hope this revised plan is ok for all, we cant really leave it any later as the shear volume of traffic will be massive once the main convoy arrives.
Hope to see you all there
Paul
P.S. if you speak to anybody who may not come online much and would like to attend or may still be set for the previous times, please could you pass this message on

Think this pick up point at Southam may have to be quite hastey judging by the numbers, unless we just take over the petrol station
Please could everyone make sure we are all prompt as we'll have to be strict on the times we set off.
Cheers

Well if we all head into the petrol station, we could slowly proceed through and rejoin the road straight away, then by the time we all go through the petrol station the people joining us there will have had time to jump in and join the back of the convoy?
Would stop any potential hold ups with parking and setting off again etc.
Obviously means that if your late you'll have to play catch up
Unless anyone can suggest any better way of doing it?

Ordered mine on the 8th of Aug........... IT ARRIVED TODAY !!!!!!!!!
Happy bunny now its here though was starting to sweat a little. It will arrive in time as I'm sure the team will post them all out, Mine had a 1st class stamp on it, so they are on the ball.
Roll on Sunday, cant say I have ever been as exited about getting stuck in a traffic jam as I am regarding this event.
Fine tribute to a fine man.
