Well, i had the Axxis Ultimate in my stoptech kit and they are w4nk pads.
Just my opinion of course. Add to that i do not do track days nor majorly heavy road either and i think they are crap.
I would not buy any again if the chance arose, cheap or not.

EDIT:- Now i have just read the price again, even i would be tempted! LOL.
Had i not just paid, literally last fortnight, for new oem disks and Pagid Blue pads (my Pagid were dearer than the whole buy here) i would order this. Even though i still think the pads are crap.

MaDaSS: Your findings are against the vast majority. Afterall, you found the whole StopTech setup to be rubbish, even though they are well known to be good performers- in fact StopTech brakes were on the Time Attack winning car last year.

Keep your brake reviews in the 'Brakes' section.

Cheers,

Bob

As above, i did say my opinion, of which i am entitled. I didnt ask you to like it!
Secondly, 'forum' a place to discuss. So you dont tell me where to post.
EDIT: Just a thought, who won Time Attack last year? If it is who I think it is, then why the move to K-Sports if the stoptech are so good?
That is of course if i am guessing correctly. (This is a question, do not read sarcasm into this post please)

I don't think Bob will mind me quoting here...

They'll be shipped out in batches - either when everyone has paid up or when we close the GB at the end of next week.
Sounds fair enough to me

Going a bit off the GB topic here...

Time Attack was won by a car running StopTechs last year.

TA is being sponsored by K Sport this year and they offer big incentives to TA runners as it is in their interests that top runners are using their brakes

Maybe the last three changed their minds as it seems they have been online recently and not posted in this thread?

Bob, have you been in contact with any of them?

The GB is now closed as we have reached the maximum number of participants (limited by qty of pads in stock). We should have extra discs after this GB though if you want to drop me a PM.

Pads are in stock guys, just waiting on the discs.

Will keep you updated, but I am hopeful they will all be with you this week.

If anybody wants to take advantage of free delivery and add anything to their order in the meantime, just let me know via PM.

Cheers,

Bob
