Thanks Baly - did you ever get the money back for that engine you paid for on paypal??
UPDATE
I did some work in the boot today. The original bracket holding the NOS bottle was very flimsy and after 3 or 4 failed attempts to strengthen it, (The laws of leverage were against me and didnt fancy a full NOS bottle bouncing around the boot, denting the rear wing or bending the floor
) I decided to replace it with a billet bracket from NX – I also bought one of their insulated bottle covers, and fitted the original Wizard of Nos bottle heater inside this. Bottle rock solid now. The Bottle bracket is too big for EU legal bottles, but easy enough to re drill hinges and grind off to old pivot area. Here is the original Wizard of Nos bracket. If you click on the pic you will see more detail.

Here is the new bracket, with an insulated bottle cover and an electric bottle heater fitted inside.

Detail of quick release catch on bracket.

Half way through running in will use the car for a few meeting this week – expect final map and dyno graph soon.

PS - just realised my Misses and NOS bottles have a lot in common - Always too cold- and need to be held tightly - need an electric blanket - expensive to run

Lol at you two..
My car has been put on the back burner of recent, i got fed up with it and this associated with it so i had to get away from it for a while.
Although i will be pulling my finger out and cracking on with it soon. Hardest part will be fabricating the rotated up/downpipes as i cant stretch to the RCM ones.

But the wastegate purge is to air and not re-circ;d into downpipe. Pm me if your local to kent, don't mind helping you out if needed and time permiting.
SY - You got me thinking there had to double check my card company hadn't taken the money back out from my account lol. My credit card company refunded me the £575 for that purchase (MBNA) all i got to tell you lot is that you only have a 120 days to deal with any claim against paypal and if you go over that with any bank you won't get a penny. MBNA like to raise the claim on the 60th day after the transaction.......

Mini Update for those interested.
Zen run it on the dyno a few weeks back - at 2.0 bar and it made 600, but when increasing to 2.3 didnt increase much - about 630.
Got the NOS working a few days later and run it again, DCCD was not working - so rear wheels loosing grip - and at 2.3 bar only showed 600, but Paul atibuted this to the grip problem as DCCD not working.
See graph

I run the car like this for 30-130 and two good days at the POD and beat my PB to get a 10.6 and a 1.59 60 ft
Anyhow the expectation from a GT4088 is around 670.
Im using a new age inlet manifold and a newage DBW TB. Paul stated that there is very little plenum in the manifold and the TB is a bit small and these are the first place to deal with the restrictions holding back the power. After dealing with theses Paul sugested I will look at the exhaust/headers.
Im using APS 8 injector tumbeler deletes and have spent lots of time and money on the fuel system so did not want to go back to an earlier manifold - so ordered a Cosworth Manifold (which is for the top half of newage manis) and found a larger DBW TB on Ebay.
Fitted the Manifold today
Here are the pics before fitting:

Here are the pics after fitting:

I will be up a zens on Saturday 4th for a quick Dynorun and tweek to the map - then on to the pod - this will be a peak performance day and there are quite a few EVOs going as they organised a meet there. Ill post the graph up here on Sunday. (Hopefully showing an improvement)
I have left the TB as it is to get a direct comparison of what the Cossie Manifold does alone. Also a bit of engineering and wiring reseach is needed before I fit the TB.
Here are some comparisons of the TBs.

The larger TB fits really well in the cut outs of the Cossie Mani, but the hole needs enlarging and the mountings are different - but ill work something out.
Roughly the original TB has a 56mm Butterfly and the new one 70mm
